Congratulations. Your company will gear up to play hardball now and you have no contract. Negotiations will be tough and long. You can only get improvements if you stay together as a crew force. Don't let the company divide and distract you. It's all about getting that first contract. Good luck guys and gals!

Enjoy the 2% pay cut.
Beats the 15% below industry average wages, the far below average health care, and the (at least) 5% below average retirement.

IDIOT!

You are working at a 35% discount so your ELT can enjoy living like movie stars and you're main gripe is LESS than 2% to ALPA?

You should take an arithmetic course.

Didn't you get the email/video from Lee Moak? I think the next steps are electing our interim leadership.

Actually, I love the blue shirts. Its visual evidence that all pilots are just blue collar workers who have nothing but their labor to deny to the employer. I love the B6 guys for finally figuring out that ONLY a union contract will keep the management from exploiting them.

B6 pilots rock!

Where is that very nice friendly Snarge guy who is now a fellow professional aviator.

Once again a big thank you to the OC guys and the jetBlue pilots and ALPA for taking another chance.
Ummm...I was a professional pilot long before we voted in ALPA.

Don't worry, we will be dumping ALPA soon enough, you guys can have it..

Stop sniping and start thinking about how our conditions can be improved. Then start working to make it happen. We are ALPA now, whether or not any individuals wanted it, so it's time to move forward. Please stop looking for negatives and start looking for positives.

We are ALPA and need to go forward as a team. Thanks Loud&Fast
