Don't just take band aids. Take the heavy duty cloth type ones, mole skin, and athletic tape. Start using a hand grip strengthener now for both hands. (And.... Here come the jokes...) but seriously. You'll need it.

Depending on time of year, warm clothes an cool clothes. Sounds dumb, you are in the desert...when ''my friend" went in February many years ago it was in the 30's in the morning while outside on the range, and after lunch it was in the 70's.....layers are a good thing.

Athletic tape (unless you are used to handling a pistol everyday), backpack to carry stuff from classroom to range to lunch to class to range etc., sunscreen.

Long sleeve tee shirts with tight collars for range days. The long sleeves will help stop bullet casings from sticking to your skin if the guy/gal to your left is taller than you. I've still got an area of "no pigment" on my left arm from about a 40 second sizzle before the line was made clear, but it was worth it! Enjoy your time there!!

Internet is free in the lounges or you can pay $20 for it in your room for the week.
Buy a LULA Speedloader and you'll save your thumb and have lots of friends.
They provide pants/ polos/ and a sweatshirt as well as workout shirts. Can't remember about workout shorts. All you really need is socks/ underwear/ comfortable shoes. I took way too much.
