You don't need to go to Tokyo to get -300ER training, any of Boeing or Pan Am's 767 sims in the US are adequate. A little differences groundschool and you are good to go. You could even do most of your training in the 757 sim if you had to. Good luck.

The training here in Japan is no longer outsourced, it is done by PANDA academy at ANA and if I'm not mistaken, JAL doesn't rent out their SIM's, at both airlines there is so much movement (upgrades, new F/O's are placed mostly on the 76) that they are actually renting out 76 time in other countries in the region (Oz, Korea) you won't find 76 time available out here......., PanAm would be your best option (and best price) they are now owned by ANA so that will perhaps give you an eastern flavor....! Your stats to the left say you fly an E145 for RAH. You're telling me, and everyone on this thread you have no idea about how to get some sim time, or a type rating???
I even gave ya TWO links on how to find a school with 767 training. (POST 8)
So, you received a serious answer above. What is the problem now? Reading comprehension?
BTW, thanks for voting NO. (seriously)
