Which training facilities within the US has 767-300ER training? pan am looks like tokyo

If a person was to buy their own 767-300, I'd guess they could get typed at any of the facilities (including airlines) that does 75/76 training and typing.

Panam only looks like Tokyo when Godzilla is crashing through it.
