I don't know much about R&I stuff, but aren't unqualified funds always at risk if the carrier goes under or the plan is terminated? All water under the bridge, but as I said earlier, why would anyone be surprised at his "behavior" given his past history? This was action against his own brethren at DAL when he he was the MEC chair. So why wouldn't he throw others under the bus. And BTW, the NWA retired pilots were able to retain their non qualed benefits. |
