With regard to attrition it's tough to say as the seniority list is only updated twice a year I think. I was an October hire and a few in my class have already left to Delta so we'll see. We're still taking on airplanes so we're still going to need crews for them.

But the recent class looks to have about 20 or so. I wouldnt count on bigger than that until the Fall.
I waited 6 months in 2013 and Ive heard of guys hired in 2011 that waited over a year, so you're in better shape than that.

I have consider next to my driving record and my college. I spoke to Jessica at sterling last week and she said, all that means is that there are documents attached to that item. Let us know the outcome if you do email them please.
