I was a 14 April interview guy - just checked the Sterling site again - my background check is still pending 13 of 15 complete (all military). So obviously no words from PHC for me. Also definitely interested to hear updates from folks from our interview day.

I was in the 3/31/15 at 9:30 slot. Background completed on 5/18 and nothing yet. No Phase 2 completed email either. A couple others in my group had their backgrounds completed around 5/26. Thought we would have heard something by now unless the PHC didn't finish up with our group.

They are inconsistent on "Phase 2 Complete" notification emails. I did get one about 2 months after the interview (and 2 months before I finally got a call for class). Others never got one and simply got the call for class.

Thanks for the info. I know the 2/10/15 interview class got the Phase 2 complete emails. They've posted in the forum a few pages back. Seems though a random few may not get the email, such as yourself, for whatever reason. Others have said, they didn't get the email either but got the call for a class.

So if we successfully complete the background check, do we not get a notification that we've been hired? Is the first thing we hear is a class date being offered? Which on that case may mean not hearing anything til August/September...

4/14 interview and have completed 19/23 searches! Anxiously awaiting for this phase to be done...

I'm 4/14 group and mine has said Background Complete for over a week now. It would be a huge relief to at least get the Phase 2 confirmation before the end of this month regardless of when the actual call for a class finally arrives. It would be easier to wait any amount of time with the knowledge that one is truly hired. Either way, we've all done what we can do, and now a positive outlook is probably the best way to go!
