Delta vs Alaska

Inspired by a similar thread....I have a CJO from both Alaska and Delta. I realize this is a very lucky situation to be in, but honestly quite stressful too as it has a huge impact on my future career. Don't get me wrong, I feel super lucky! Both are outstanding companies.
Currently live in PDX(base for Alaska). I'm ok with SEA (although prefer PDX)which is a Delta base. I love the Pacific Northwest and have no intentions of ever leaving. I would move to SEA if I choose DAL. Commuting isn't much of an option.
Seems like my seniority would be much better at Alaska(pdx), versus Delta where SEA is a fairly senior base (yes I do know new hires are getting SEA within several months). The hard part is I love PDX but think a move to SEA could be worth it for international/pay/variety at DAL. It's just hard to pass up a west coast airline for an east coast airline when I live on the west coast.
Thoughts? Which would you choose?
About me:
37 year old male
5600TT
121 CA/LCA
4 year degree
2 speeding tickets
No job fairs
Several internals at each airline

You're lucky to have two job offers...some pilots had to grind it out to each new job opportunity. I would advocate you go with the airline that has a domicile where you currently live (or where you are trying to live). No person who posts here can accurately produce givens (like upgrades, equipment changes, contract results, etc.) with the volatility in this industry. Make your life the least complicated possible by not having to add the risk of commuting...go with the hometown option. If your hometown has two or more options, go with the one who has been there longest. Establish or enjoy yourself (QOL) while being junior and on the lower end of pay scale by having your job and livelihood in the same location.

Either choice will be a good one. I'm one of the many Portland area Delta pilots. There are a lot of leftover old guys that flew the MD-11 and L-1011 here, plus some younger skywest and horizon people that have been hired over the last decade. I think either choice is going to be great.
The one piece of advice you probably haven't thought about. SEA 7ER for delta has a lot of trips that either begin, end, or both in PDX. Additionally the 737 has a descent amount of PDX layovers as well. Looking at the lax 717 base, it seems like July has about 25% of the trips with a 30 hour pdx layover! That's going to change of course, but the point is, with such an easy commute to SEA, you're likely to have the seniority at some point to spend nights at home while working. That'll be less likely at alaska.

NWflyer: do you live in PDX and commute to SEA? How is the commute? How many days do you waste commuting? Seems like my QOL would be better just living in base.
Thanks for all the input everybody I appreciate the insight.
It's hard to know if I will get bored flying domestic 737 vs multiple equipment options and international. It is definitely interesting to me I just have never done any of that. Do many guys really get bored flying one airplane for 30 years?
