Plus the dinner day (second Monday or so?). Allow yourself some slack too in your planning. You don't want to be the guy looking at your watch at 4:55 freaking out if it runs a bit late. It shouldn't, but it could.

Don't have it in front of me but new hire pay is approximately 4K per month until finished with OE. Once done with OE, you get line or reserve pay, which varies, but plan on about 76 hours per month at $70-80 per hour until the anniversary of your hire date and then you go to second year pay which varies a lot depending on aircraft, line/reserve/seniority/soft money etc.. It varies by month and by line/reserve as well as if we keep current book for a while or go to the new TA rates in July.
