sorry I can't party with you because I still remember SRB on the today show a few years ago telling katie c. that HE was starting up a version of virgin atlantic here in the u.s. I met a station manager who was hired be them a few years back and it was frightening what he said their plans were and how they planed on getting their.
ps and the guy said that if they tried to ask for raises that they could just quit if they didn't like their pay.

Perhaps that is your first problem watching katie c in the morning....
Well as you know, SRB was getting the word out back then. The product (airline) now of course is not a baby Virgin Atlantic rather a US start up.
Only time will tell just how well this new entrant will do. With the proposed new open skies deal, expect to see more carriers like VA starting up. Expect to see Cathay USA and Singapore America. And.......they will get plenty of applicants.
