It don't matter none at all, it's pretty obvious the company doesn't care to be serious about negotiations. Oh we'll get a contract alright, it'll be a concessionary contract because "we must keep costs low to merge with Frontier, and hey, upgrades will be 2.5 years, so give out those free smiles, and by the way, don't those cute animals just look so darned cute on the tail?"

Skrew you, the slope is too steep. You're obviously a senior guy and you're "getting yours." How do you expect unity with this kind of slope? No other areline has this kind of slope. It's all about senior guys dumping on the junior guys. It's not fair. We need a shallower slope. I don't care what the top rate is, just so everybody is equally miserable.

Slope is the least of our worries. 10 months past the amendable date and we have TA'd Filling of Positions and I think Moving Expenses. Good grief, there's a car in my neighbor's backyard that will completely rust out and turn to dust before we see a contract.

Hopefully management will send out a company wide email to remind everyone that the registration is open so others can try to get on with a higher tier airline.

Do it! The only way to move on is to promote yourself and network. Do you have your logbooks updated? Not only in airline apps but on your computer?(paper logbooks just look sloppy these days I've heard)Employment and residence history organized? New suit? You should seriously consider hiring a professional interview consultant, I think most serious canadites do. It's kind of overwhelming I know but make sure you bid for the correct days off, this takes precedence to anything else in your life. Don't forget to save money for the flight to the job fair, lodging and the entrance fee. You also need to become a member before you can even buy a ticket. Good luck! I hope you can get out of this ****hole and show these bastards we mean business! Do your part.

I registered but was unable to 'Add Appointment' with any of the carriers.

I got the email notification around 3pm on the 20th. (I became a member back in December when the Union released the company's idea of a "fair offer").

It took a while to figure out how to sign up for a "fast pass", the trick was to search not for the "company" Delta, but for the "person" Delta.

Regardless, an email from OBAP last night said that all fast pass slots are now full. You'll still have an opportunity for a walk up meet and greet, but I'm guessing it's only on a space available basis.

They're allowed to charge, but I think only around $25 or $50. The 8900 says a reasonable fee, and then gives an example, I can't remember though, been a long time since I've been looking at that section.

Love the podcast with our CEO. So the CEO implies that we are Low Tier then has this lame explanation that said that he never actually said it. If the message implies it then to me it is the same. He might have well said it.

I have an idea of how to fix it. The CEO should just come out on the Podcast and admit that he said it. Then he should say that our pay scale as Low Tier pilots will be higher than the Highest Tier pilots. Easy fix then give ALPA pay scales that actually put us above all other Airbus Pilots as far as pay goes.

Easy Fix.
