ExAF, jeez, that's not nice calling me out like that. Well played.

badflaps, oh I wish, but when I do draw an airplane, I try to be accurate. I know my audience and ya'll aren't gonna cut me much slack. I have to remind myself that it's a simple cartoon, but a little detail is nice.

So yes, there are times when a normal slap-stick cartoon seems a skosh tin-eared. This was one of them. As I've said before, I try and let my cartoons do the talking and refrain from editorializing too much. You folks do a better job with that. Our environment, both professionally, and socially seems to be changing under our feet. We're all collectively trying to ascertain the implications. I have to remind myself that throughout human history similar episodes have occurred, some much more horrifying than the present. We will get through this.

I'll keep putting out my cartoon every week. laughter is healing. We all need a moment to chuckle. That's why I do this.
