Told wifey for years that in the unfortunate event of a off runway event, I will be dead from a broken neck and to sue those *** at Boeing for the HUD design BS until she gets a $10 mill house on Lake Washington and a Caravan on floats with a stud pilot.

She said she's in on the deal, dunno why she agreed so fast and went back to chugging he Chardonnay.

Great plane designed with the same crappy cockpit some some 60+ years ago. You would think the engineers would allow for better seats, climate control, and a crappy toilet lid that would stay up... But nooooo. I'll wager the engineer responsible for the cockpit layout walked in on his wife in the sack with a pilot.

Payback is a B!tch.

Its a premeditated action by engineers to stick to the crews

Back in the day on the old 727, tried the old velcro trick, which did the job. Fred T. Rookus of the FAA remarked great! But need to remove the quick fix because of the LOPA and non-STC issue. Arrgggggggg.
