Its not like the Majors are practically swimming in applicants with 5000+ TT/1700 TPIC/Multiple types/clean records/LCA/CP/ACP/Masters Degree applicants, right now.
The industry has gotten an absolute unparalleled talent subsidy for decades.

No one wants a solid pilot career path than I. I've paid for this career directly and indirectly for 20 years, and I'm watching myself bypassed every day. That said, we need to be realistic about what NAI is and what it isn't.
