Pay what you can hold at AA. So your a group 2 Check Airman but can hold group 3 CAP then you get group 3 capt pay.

How about a Group II LCA who can only hold Group II? What's the override? What does a group IV LCA get for an override?

20% override for us regardless of equipment.

Who's us?

Spirit is $27.50/hour override for LCA and sim check airmen. The few sim check airmen who are APDs are $50/hour when performing types or orals.

Check airmen at AA get 90.57 hours of the highest category they can hold. If they can only hold the group they work in, that's what they get.
