If the DAL /NW merger goes thru then who ultimately gets the short end of the stick pilot wise?By the way how many WA pilots are still Left at DAL and how many were picked up after that merger?

All WA pilots were included in the merger. Many have since retired but the ones still here are found in SLC and LAX as well as ATL on the ER.

If the merger goes through it will follow ALPA merger policy. That means either side can force it to arbitration if they don't like the way the negotiations are going. I would say its almost a lock it will go to arbitration which is what the NWA pilots want. After the arbitrators makes his ruling both sides can feel they were screwed!
