Up until about 18 months ago they started giving money for an iPad. Before that, no. We also have to pay for our own KCM and only parking passes are in domicile.

You have to pay for KCM? How does that work?

You're kidding me... How much per paycheck? Seriously, that is a new low. I'd vote that TA down in a heartbeat. Time to get management to wake up over there and get in line with the industry.

It's amazing how Mesa has gone from 21 bucks an hour with 8 days off and sleeping boards 10 years ago to 36 dollars and 11 off with option to buy KCM! That's progress.. what will the next 10 bring?

Relative to Mesa it's a big step. Relative to the rest of the regional industry, still way behind.

We need to be careful we're not being hampered by blinders that only allows us to look at our(Mesa) past.
