Despite hiring 45 people in July, there's been significant attrition over the last month. The total list has slightly increased from 1182 to 1190, but check your number relative to the most recent roster.

As expected, Mesa is continuing to increase the Ejet pilot base. While only 2 more captains in July, but we have 12 more FO's in the pipeline; for a total of 14 more Ejet pilots. 40 more Ejet FO's since May.
Assuming we need 10 new Ejet pilots per plane (I know we scrap by with less) and we are taking 2 new planes per month, we need a net 20 new Ejet pilots per month through the end of the year. We came up short by 6 pilots for the new planes in July.
