I see all of the Discussions regarding QOL, work conditions, pay, bonuses, schedule at Mesa as lacking or not measuring up to the other regionals.
Question is this, is there any negative impact on career or difficulty moving on after Mesa? I don't see it, training seems good, your flying in the system, the same equipment as others. Grin and bear it right?
Current Mesa pilots ready to move up and guys already moved on, thoughts?

Or some of us live at a base and hate commuting. We aren’t all idiots like you think.

I don’t know what roster you are tracking, but we have been steadily gaining net pilots all summer on the Ejet. We just aren’t upgrading CA’s as fast as they are leaving. They will probably need to upgrade 20 or more next month. Also, Spirit has started directly recruiting our FO’s.

Whats does the future hold for the 700’s in IAD. Will they get replaced with the 175’s in the future or will we fly the paint off them. I know it’s up to United but just wanted to get some thoughts on it. Thanks. I’m looking to upgrade in that plane.
