If you were eligible to upgrade before furloughs, no. Based on the fact they couldn’t fill upgrade classes before the virus, anyone who had the hours was eligible. Basically, nobody is getting that 3-year bonus given it doesn’t usually take 3 years to get 1,000 hours 121.

Just a quick add. it’s more than 1000hrs for some. 750 restricted ATP needs 2500 TT, 1750 hours part 121 for a few.

At this rate it’ll take me 3 years. I’ve probably flown 300 hours in my first year, and only 2 hours in my second year so far.

haha, got to have thick skin to stay alive on the APC forums. I’ll take it.

EVA 787 Nontype rated FO looks like the only option right now. Emirates just let a lot of people go. Scary amount of people.
