Why you even asking bro?
Stage fright?
Performance anxiety?

Without knowing anything about your situation as you didn’t bother to elaborate a little I’d say go for the PIC time.
Then again where you are in your career and your personal and family life may warrant a different decision.
But since you didn’t bother to tell us....

I'm biased, I don't think of the corporate world of ever being a long term thing. You need to do what's best for you, we can't answer that.

You know, some of the most rewarding and fun flying I've ever had was in the left seat of that CRJ, wouldn't trade that experience away, but I still had to get out ASAP because of financial reasons, QOL. The actual job itself without considering any other aspect was nice.

Like said above me by wiser people than me. It all depends on your situation. 121 PIC looks pretty darn good on your resume compared to SIC time in a charter environment. I personally would go CA but thats because my end goal of SW prefers some TPIC time. If your end goal is corporate aviation then by all means get that foot in the door and start learning the ropes of corporate but we all know if you want to go to a major or something along those lines go for the CA path by all means. Blue skies and Tail winds.
