Know two people so far who left envoy for southwest and another for Frontier.
The AAWOs at this point is to just get your hours (at an increased pay rate) and leave asap. The pay rates may prevent them from being a DEC at another regional like endeavor, but no one is staying there for sure.

He's aggravated that he could be getting the same pay as F/O and holding CLT where he lives rather than commuting to PHL to fly as PIC. Only advantage is he's getting some turbine PIC time but since he has a class date at DL that's not really a priority.
