Most Jr upgrade seniority number has continued to fall on every standing bid award even as the airline shrinks. The numbers don’t back you up on this at all. Quite the opposite actually.

Well, not intentionally. We do have much higher attrition than the training department can keep up with

This, our horrible pay and massive training back log has a tough time keeping up with the even bigger attrition. I’ve gone up 140 spots in 1.5 months. That 14% of the pilot group.

many don’t know you are a sarcasm account.

ENTIRE sr list including new hires now in training is sub 1200. I’ve NEVER seen attrition like this before. We are all leaving for greener pastures.

Rumors:

co will come to the table with a wage increase offer.

CRJ 900s being retro fitted for cargo.

EXcess CRJ 900s going to Europe.

Excess Crjs going to UP!

Mesa buying Go Jet.

Mesa has already bought 20 excess E175 from Envoy to run on AA side.

Mesa spinning off AA flying including the pilots on that side to AA as a new WO.

PSA taking all Mesa CRJ 900s.

Did I hit them all?

You missed the one true rumor. All regionals to close within 5 years due to lack of pilots. Large RJ’s to be absorbed into mainline.

Back around 2004 there was a Yahoo message board for Mesa and JO would post there surprisingly often. I thought it was a troll but soon found out it was actually him. But he didn't try to disguise who he was.

Well that's a bogus one. 200 is the only CRJ with a cargo stc due to being the only one where the floor is parallel to the ground.

Trying to figure out how spinning off AA flying including pilots works with seniority…
