Anyone have any insight if it just pilots that were in class or if its in general.

So it's not only an 'intent' to recall anymore?

that’s weird. The email we got said it was only an intent to recall with no classes scheduled yet. But at the end of the day, they would recall the furloughs first. The earnings call yesterday was somewhat encouraging in that we’re planning on being right around 75% of pre COVID levels. Which is right around where we need to be. So hiring could start ramping up later this year if all goes well.

As a Cadet with a hire date in 2019 I know the way I wish it is going to go but I am only guessing they will bring back all the pilots sent home from training first before they start onboarding cadets. Also I believe the hire date as a Cadet is only for seniority within your class and not overall seniority. No matter how it goes It is good to see more movement in the industry.

You are correct about seniority for cadets.

No new news in the conf call. 42 on the cpa. Really 40 but 2 are spares. 5 more added incrementally by AA. Nothing new.
