Any hotels near SDF for commuters, with shuttle to airport, and crew discount?

Questions about the new pay rates. Are they a premium override that can potentially expire in the future or is a permanent change to the pay scales. I know the American wholly owned regionals have a snap back date, I’m curious if Mesa is similar.

They are permanent rates. No snap back.
