Covered. You will know its tight when you see 300%. Not even a whiff of that yet.

I’m still trying to figure out how much you’re getting paid to dish out management propaganda. I heard a rumor that you’re an ALPA rep somehow. If that’s the case then you need to go. You’re so wrong on so many things and simply do nothing but hurt this pilot group with misinformation.

Yes. A company that made a profit in a global pandemic and is borderline severely understaffed operating as a legally bound subcontractor holds all the cards. Once again a perfect example of why we have a garbage pilot contract. I would make the argument that there’s absolutely no better time than right now to be negotiating a contract and yet I seem to be in a very small minority. This is not 2020.

you’re not in the minority. A majority of the pilot group wants to negotiate a better contract. Those who are willing to accept a lackluster contract are what’s wrong with the company’s outlook on the pilot group and their perception that they can easily manipulate us.

Weird, I just got a call to cover a flight, and I’m not a junior guy by any means. Of course I said no. Then I saw it in an email for 300%. I’m sure it’s covered though.

How much does your company pay its wide body pilots?

Hi guys, looking to get started on my 121 career. Currently looking at going to a major but may end up at Mesa if that doesn’t happen. Was wondering if I could ask some questions of daily life at Mesa.

1.) how does upgrade work? I’ve heard talks about seniority, is that firm or do they take into account merit?

2.) how long is reserve and how do you navigate that? Is there any way around it?

3.) what are the companies rules on social media? Will I be able to be an influencer in and out of the cockpit?
