For what it's worth. Was there any big news that actually came out in September?

PS. I don't have a dog in the hunt, just curious.

Yeah the big news was in fact a rumor that became true. Mesa selling all CRJ and being an only ejet fleet. It's now 100% confirmed.

As for Mesa shutting down and etc... That would never be announced during a town hall. It wouldn't be announced ever. If it happens, it would happen immediately with no warning like what happened to express jet. If they notify people before hand of anything that hints at it, all investors will be lost, Mesa stock will be worth 0.0001 cents, and Mesa would shut down MUCH sooner than originally scheduled.

However that is the current going rumor, is that it will be shut down, just not officially announced (and as explained wouldn't ever be announced). Wouldn't surprise me considering the $50 million being lost every quarter

[*]Flow to American Airlines in five years or paid top of scale until flow

ExpressJet's announcement was announced during a Town Hall. In a United town hall it was announced that UA would be cutting back to one E145 operator, When the decision came down XJT held a town hall telling us C5 was the survivor. We were also told that the WARN letters has been sent.
