I saw a Facebook group screenshot from someone who attended the townhall that said CRJs are winding down by 2025, Mesa is doing fine, Mesa won't be bought out by anyone, or rather chances of that is low, Mesa is asking United to make the schedules and lines more efficient to increase aircraft utilization. JO apparently said Aviate is a good retention program but United is taking too many pilots from Mesa via (I don't believe that personally) for Mesa to be profitable, etc etc.

If you want to see something interesting, go look and see the amount of manager positions that are available on the careers page. Mesa is not doing fine, and I hope people don't buy it.

There has been turnover. But so far what I’ve see of the new managers it’s been a good thing.

How about the managers that are not there? That is a much bigger problem than new managers. Some key roles that are sitting vacant....a lot of MX positions. That is not good.

This was actually acknowledged at the town hall. It’s a problem.
