I think if you grab 3-4 old time legacy CA's, they can certainly team up and just buy out Mesa and actually know what to do with it.

Convert to an all ejet fleet. Add e-190 to the pax fleet (it's the same type rating as e 175 and maintenance is basically the same, Mesa is adding them for cargo anyway).Get rid of all crj asap. Add new routes (internationally) to Europe, south america, central America, etc. Partner with amazon/DoD/military/etc for more 737 cargo contracts. Have an actual flow to United. Increase QoL for pilots (although this is more of a union thing than an owner thing) etc.
