Most likely, yes. Without even looking, I can almost guarantee that any CPA with a major airline will contain wording to that effect. It's pretty standard boilerplate language for any sort of large contract. Nobody wants to get chained to a boat-anchor.

When mesa is gone, they will still S**K

http://www.chicagotribune.com/busine...,2476970.story

Say what you want of me. I still maintain no disrespect to mesa pilots, Say what you want, I will say what I feel like also, but really,

face the facts!!! mesa is done. UAL and US air will do fine without the back stabbing unfair corporation, we will see this very very soon.

For you nasty people out there,

do not plan on mesa being around past August......................

"A bankruptcy reorganization likely would cause Mesa to shrink dramatically or liquidate, analysts said. That could leave United and US Airways, Mesa's two largest customers, short-handed at the height of the summer travel season. Both carriers say they are monitoring the situation and drafting contingency plans."...............................

Music to my ears

When you are in quicksand, it is best that you keep the bi**hing and moaning down to a minimum..

What flying? All the majors are trying cut back on both mainline (this fall) and commuter flying (ASAP). The cost per seat mile of RJ's is too expensive.
