Most likely, yes. Without even looking, I can almost guarantee that any CPA with a major airline will contain wording to that effect. It's pretty standard boilerplate language for any sort of large contract. Nobody wants to get chained to a boat-anchor.

 

I pray nightly for a sudden and unexpected end to the careers of everybody else in this industry. That way, I have less competition when I apply for my next job.

What flying? All the majors are trying cut back on both mainline (this fall) and commuter flying (ASAP). The cost per seat mile of RJ's is too expensive.
