How many months were you on reserve? Did they use you on reserve?

I've been based in Phx since feb and on reserve the whole time. I was used every week but I haven't broken min.

I have IOE, but don't have captain epaulettes. Is it ok to fly that way? Should be able to get them after the first turn.

No, it is not. You're taking your dad's 172 out to the practice area.

This is an airline, and you are a professional. See if Kendra or Megan have any Captain epaulettes you can use for IOE.

Yes it is but ONLY at Mesa because they are not professionals.
