Honest question to Mesa guys/gals. Do you have to negotiate 175 rates or are they going to fall under crj 700/900 rates?

They will fall under our current pay scale for 60-76 seat aircraft.

Yeah, maybe some new guys think it's cool to come on here and brag about 175's cause they have no perspective.

But I, and other's at Mesa have every right to be happy about this news. We've went from 1900 pilots to 700 pilots in a 3 year period. These are our jobs. We have kids to feed too. The prospect of upgrading again after 10 years in this bewildering industry is exceedingly good news, that's all.

We don't make as much as Express jet - great! Life isn't fair. We're working hard to improve things here, and have made great strides.

Mesa pilots are respected and welcome new-hires at every Major Airline on the planet!

I hope you guys can get a respectable rate. Only thing standing in your way is that scumbag J.O.

Credible. There is a chance of 6 going elsewhere. But as of now, IAH and ORD.

Funny how pilots rag on companies for better pay as apposed to showing support as a whole. Easier for the ignorant to be pessimistic than to stand together with support and logic.
