Raised an eyebrow here as well.
Hearing some things about Mesa crews being left to fend for themselves, by force of company policy, during constant duty overnight situations ? Is this true ? If so, is it even legal under 117 (10 hour rest period, 8 of which required to be sleep prior to 121 ops) ? |

If you have a CDO that bumps up against the maximum duty day and run into any sort of delay on the outbound leg, there's no chance you can fly the retro leg. All CDOs now have to have a 3 hour "sleep opportunity" as well. That means 3 hours behind the door. |
