Actually, there is a stipulation in the contract with UAL with these aircraft that there must be a 24 month notification of "intent to remove them" from Mesa's operating certificate.

So can they move them? Sure. Would it he any quick overnight action. Nope.

Sure, like mainline has never circumvented such agreements before, right?

That's good to here don't want another Delta incident .(The one in which they decided to remove the CRJ-900s from Mesa back in 2008, when Delta and MAG got into a bad fight over a contract issue)

I think charging for flights you didn't fly is more than a "contract issue"

Least senior captain at Mesa as of last bid is 552. Least senior FO still under 800 (I think).

Say you upgrade in 3 years, do you get 3 year captain pay or have to start at 1st year captain pay?

No need for a DEN base with SkyWest having a base there... it was always said that ORD/SFO/DEN would be the hubs for the Skywest 175's....
