Does anybody know how Tough the training is and what the washout rate?

We just got a new director of training, word on the street is it's supposed to get significantly harder. If it continues as is just come focused have good study habits, and attitude and you'll pass. No idea what the washout rate is seems like 1 or 2 don't make it every class.

Word is, recurrent is much harder now- one captain recently failed AQP, handed in his resignation and went to another carrier.
It's good to have high standards, but you need to retain your pilots, too.

Just read it. I must have missed where it states that a Union can not vote on a strike. Can you reference the page number that states a union can not vote to strike?

CRJ AQP was a joke when I was an FO. The one day of ground training lasted all of two hours and ended with "we will send you an email with some slides to look over." They didn't even do an oral and the sim was a breeze.

In my recent experience, E175 AQP is much more thorough and requires you to actually hold a standard to pass.

Does the company provide Ipads or do the students provide their own? If so is the Ipad pro efficient (9 inch)?

Mesa students need efficient iPads.

Pilots pay for their own Ipads.

Annual medical certification
Uniforms
Legal maximum towards Healthcare plans
Employee "appreciation" parties at a club owned by Mesa's CEO (yes people actually go and spend money at these things).
