I always intervene before it gets to an ASAP type situation. The thing about pro standards is that it's a two way street, meaning the other party has to acknowledge that there was some sort of problem or conflict. And if they choose not to respond to the union rep then nothing gets done over it.

Hey is Mike Froelich still at Mesa? Whats his seniority after 21 years.
I went to flight school with him and we upgraded together at Mesa. I walked him into the Southwest chief pilots office in Phoenix but he was holding out for United lol.

So you have two choices, Pro Standards or the Chief Pilot, if you go to the CP you better have all your ducks in a row and a good reputation or you're going to have your a## handed to you by AI (for wasting his time) and every other pilot out there who thinks you're a snitch or something
