The latest upgrade from the last upgrade class was a June 2015 hire at SKW...

I don't agree with your reasoning. From where we stood at the start of this year we are adding 26 airframes to revenue ops.

How the heck do aircraft never on property factor in? Want to throw in the c series too? Totally irrelevant.

Go jet is hiring street captains and then paying them FO pay in lovely Detroit. So if you want to go to Detroit go to Gojet.

Skywest is 3 years according to their last standing bid if upgrading on the 200.

PDT is a solid 2 year upgrade but their future is questionable. They are so ecstatic to be receiving 30 year old jets. Rumors of a merger with PSA are in the air.

Sky west is liquidating Express jet daily. You will see them go under shortly.

Air Wisconsin, great airline but their future has been unstable for 3 years. Who knows what will happen with them.

Compass and Rjet is dropping flying left and right. Compass stopped its hiring due to loosing 9 ejets.

To each their own. We all make career decisions for our own reasons.

How do you "loose" an e-jet?

Um...I'm looking at the flow plan now and a guy that has was hired just over 4 years ago starts upgrade class next month. There are still over 200 CA vacancies that will be on vacant bids throughout the next few months. The projection of a 2.5 year upgrade by the end of the year will be reached well before the original projection. And like others have said, the vast majority of the rest of the nonsense you posted is simply incorrect.

Playing devils advocate here... When the hiring flood gates open, and the majors truly ramp up the hiring, is there really anything JO could offer to keep you on property? No? So why budge on the current pay, if we all know the Titanic is going to sink? Why would he take away money from his own pocket if it won't make a difference in the long term?
Only reason I can think of is perhaps shopping the brand, trying to make it appear more valuable, for a sale.

Anyone know what this last minute union conference call is for tomorrow? Supposed to be of an urgent matter.😳

With no plans to replace the CRJ200s

Air Wisconsin uncertainty: News Room - ALPA

They recently inked a deal with united that will extend 200 flying however united has the right to pull those planes at any time. Read the agreement and what the union put out. Its known as a "patch".
Plus everyone knows that with a pilot shortage and the economy growth the 200 years are numbered.

Compass airlines: has stopped hiring. Call their recruitment team and ask. They are still accepting resumes but are not running classes right now. Originally announced 9 Ejets to be pulled. So far only 6 have been pulled.

Envoy upgrade times from their website:
DFW: Jan 2011 (E175), Feb 2011 (E145)
ORD: Feb 2011 (CRJ), Jan 2011 (E145)
LGA: Apr 2011 (E145)

But they are selling a 2.5 year upgrade. Numbers dont lie

.

Do your own research

The Part that gets me is the confidence in your post I almost believed when I know the truth. Compass Guy here and I can tell you that your information is not correct. We did not announce losing 9 aircraft. The contract for the 6 170s we had was up and that's what was announced. We announced that the 6 aircraft would be returned to Delta (which then went to Republic). 6 were announced and so far 2 has been pulled.

Lord knows what other misleading information you have in your post.
