And you know all that how? I don't think mediation works the way you think it does, but keep being an "expert".

Recent LAMA, former ALPA rep, can someone share with me what the company offered...sounds like you guys didn't get close to what you deserve.

If JO were serious about getting a contract he would have given us a decent contract NOW. Not the POS he just peddled. It is business as usual at Mesa, the stall tactic is alive, the one we've been seeing for the last six years. Get ready for more JA's and cracking down on sick calls and free trips to PHX to answer for them. It's about to get very real. I think IAH is about to see a mass exodus, myself included.

As a former ALPA rep you should know that stuff isn't shared. It went to the negotiators who told the MEC it sucked. Not even sure the reps even got to see it.

What an inept company. I see SkyWest buying us after our mainline partners sue for breach of contract following this summer's cancelled flights.

And for all those who volunteered for jr assignments or just out came in on ur day off, thanks a lot!!! This is how the company thanks/thinks of you!! If everyone for ONE SOLID MONTH would refuse ja assignments and the red flight at %200, this company would cancel 30% or more of its flying... especially this summer!!! Today, I personally refused a junior assignment when a member of management met me in the jet way!!!

On that note, I meet a lot of people who talk about the lucrative high-credit turn they just picked up at 200% on their day off. Stop doing that! Enjoy your time off and let the company sweat it.

He is a Lama, what he means is that mediation happens at the speed of the government, which will be too slow for JO as everyone leaves and flights cancel.

Won't a mediator simply determine that Mesa negotiated in good faith by being transparent and showing us the books? Then what?
