At Mesa I make 38/hr. So plan on making about 40-45K your first year that includes 300% trips and a couple sick calls and miss commutes anything can happen in a year. If you want to burn yourself out or live in base you can earn more. But if you value QOL as a commuter plan on that. That does NOT include any bonus cash whatever we give these days. Hope this helps

Standing bid is out. 23 months to upgrade on the Ejet. 24 months to upgrade on the CRJ in SDF.
The Ejet stayed even from last month. The CRJ upgrade improved from 26 months to 24 months.
No upgrades or CA transfer awards for DFW. No new hire FO awards in DFW. DFW has become the senior base.

It takes 13 months to get 1,000 hours due to Part 117. But, I like the jist of your thought process. LGA on the E145 doesn’t look half bad. (Envoy is officially advertising 6 months to upgrade with $45,000 sign-on bonus). And, a flow!

Probably your right I was shooting for 1000 in 11 months but you fly to much you end up on reserve. I was averaging 92 flight/month but did 101 last month as 31 days. So Ended up on reserve this month as wasn’t legal for 100hrs on first day of month with remaining lines when my turn was up in PBS. I backloaded month with to much 300% I was told plus the cut in hours.
Reserve not bad, shipped me out to Dulles today from Houston for 4 days. Got the Crowne Plaza. I’m timed out at 100hrs and 8 minutes, so only legal for ferries today, till tomorrow I can fly 75 minutes and 5 hrs day after.

We can only fly 1,000 hours in a rolling 365 days per Part 117. Mesa will only schedule you up to 995 hours per rolling 365 days if I recall. So, it takes at least one pairing beyond 365 days before you can make your 1,000 hours. Then, you need to watch your Part 91 flying (ferrying, etc.) because those hours legally don’t count towards an upgrade.
Your first day that counts toward the 365 days is your first IOE flight.

It was my rolling 28 day look back, I was legal when we took off as discussed with crew tracking. I actually turned down a trip they assigned that put me over, but we got rerouted for weather and overblocked. I wasn’t scheduled for it.
