E175 = 3
Not all that bad, espically compared to some other places. And most seam to think the 900’s will be dropping to 40-50 aircraft with AAG anyways.

The headline is misleading. United has published some pictures. That’s all. No seats have been removed from any aircraft.

All headlines in news are misleading. Just turn on CNN. But the article talks about it starting in Oct. to comply with scope if UA furloughs. They just have layouts right now. This is going to happen bc scope requires it too.

Thanks for the correction. I meant that. My point was that pangolin said no seats have been removed and the title was misleading. My point was yes seats havent been removed but the ball is rolling.
Just like Mesas ejets arent extended overwater but there are plans for them to be retrofitted and the 20 new ones will be.

Why. There’s no point. It costs money. Mesa.

Well for the 70-seaters thing its UAs plan to comply with scope so we can max out our flying under scope provisions.

The extended over water is bc our current routes to RSW, MIA, HAV, FRP, and some Mexico are inefficient. Also, it would give us more flexibility on future routes. For example, RPA does MIA to Mexico and a lot of EYW with their extended overwater airplanes.
