Max T/O weight is 341K, Max land 250K. I'm talking about the E-6B Mercury. Not the EA6-B Prowler. But thanks for the information.

I'd like to echo what others have said above.

Great leadership by you!

I can't offer any advice on the Army programs but I can offer an opinion as an old retired guy. "Thanks", for taking care of your people.

Even as a senior person you are willing to help your subordinates to succeed. You are a shining example of good leadership and I hope those senior to you know that.
