Actually the ANG isn't just starting out to flow guys to the F22. I happen to be in that unit, and currently in the F22 TX course as we speak. Our ANG unit has been sending guys to the Raptor for 2 years now. We've already got quite a few down at Langley.

As for any Navy bubba's - none at the VANG, and none that are Air Force that have done a previous Navy/Marine exchange tour.

I have a "friend" who flew 16's in the Air Force, then got an interservice transfer to the navy and finished another 12 years fly F/A-18's.....
