You got f'ed brother. I've never seen or heard or god forbid done anything other than equal math on times. Which doesn't include when an IP logs all IP time and therefore the other two get prim or sec.

All that time you sat in the jumpseat in the T-1 (80 to 100 hours) was logged in UPT as "Student" time. That is really messed up. I always split it equally when I was an AC. I never even thought of dudes screwing someone like that. Sorry about that.
