Default Any RC-12 drivers?

I just found out today that enroute to my AETC gig I got a nice voluntold RC-12 tour. Was trying to see if anyone is there or how things work. If you are there I would appreciate some info, my email is [email protected].

I thought they had enough volunteers for that program, Hope I don't get picked off enroute to my AETC tour. Just a hunch but were you headed to T-38's?

It was still undecided between T-6s and T-38s. I was trying to get a T-1 but that didnt look like it was going to happen. I know they are non-volling quite a few to RC-12s right now, at least from ACC. Not sure about other commands.

Sucks they're non-vol'ing guys. I know dudes that vol'ed and still haven't heard anything.

Enjoy it, sounds like a cool deal, though six months desert could get old, perspective dependant.

I had a couple hundred hours in the Iraqi KA-350 ISRs this last year in Iraq. I think the USAF is buying the same ones. Ours were straight off the factory line. I flew three of them into country and they had from 40-70 hours on them. I'm curious to see how the USAF stands up the program. I'm off to the Staff at Korea for a couple of years, then I'm chaffing and flaring into something besides the RC-12.

Where is the 350 training in the states? I didn't know the platform had been deployed yet. It has only been in the papers as a "developing" program.

Can you shed any unclas light on this?
