Looking for S-3 video w/ horrible CRM
Does anyone have a link to the popular S-3 non-CRM simulator video? I'm looking for the one where the guys end up crashing into the water then start arguing and swearing about whose fault it was. Not sure if one of the guys end up punch/slapping the other too.

Hahahaha......Can't remember the exact quote but it was something like, "Did you just eject? When I say I got, I got it." They didn't slap each other, but the pilot did tell the NFO he used the wrong seat handle. I think the NFO pulled the face curtain after the scenario was over to prove a point.
Try looking under, "Aircrew Coordination Training" because that is what the Navy called CRM for a while.

Try the Navy School of Aviation Safety in Pensacola. I'm fairly certain they have a copy in their archives. I think API still shows that video as well (same building). The guys that work in the safety school are very helpful but also busy. If you don't have a Navy email address you may have to sweet talk them. (translation-send booze)
