Video recording in USN T-6Bs is forbidden without Wing CO permission. Is there a similar rule for the USAF UPT bases?

The Vance O'Club used to have (circa 1987) a gold fish tank near the entrance. One night as about 10 of us were leaving the club, we bet one of our classmates that he couldn't carry a goldfish in his mouth from the O'Club to the solo dunk tank on the flightline (and it had to still be alive when he spit it out in the tank). Without hesitation he scooped a fish into his mouth and off we went in a mad dash for the flightline (about 2 blocks IIRC).
We made it to the tank and watched as he spit the still alive fish into the tank. No sooner had our celebration of this fete began than so did the loud speakers and spot lights. It seems the SPs didn't find it so amusing (and they were just doing their jobs).
We all got to "assume the position" facing the wall of the squadron while the SPs woke up the DO (I think it was the DO). At any rate, I seem to remember he put on a good show in front of the SPs and then cut us loose after the SPs left. I think the DO thought it was pretty funny and harmless, but he kept his "game face" on the whole time. To my knowledge, no disciplinary action was taken against anyone, but the "fish delivery" man lived in infamy for many weeks after that incident
