+1 to what Sliceback said. I am a single seat jet guy and only have about 200 hours more than you. I am still active duty and my last flight in a grey jet was four years ago. My currency came from instructing in GA piston aircraft. I have had two interview invites from the majors.

Assuming you have had a standard to above average military career progression, then you will be competitive when you gain currency - 100 hours or greater.

Take the SE TPIC job. You can start saving for year one pay, if you haven't already, while you work on your currency and with a great QoL. If you don't get bites from the majors after getting past 100 hours, then look at enhancing your application with the 121 training and time.

Heed - congrats on the interviews. Chase each one because it might be the one you stick with. But if you get hired at choice #2-4 keep chasing number 1. But realize every month you're at the new job it rises up the list while #1 falls.
