Default Sick and vacation pay

I was wondering if I resigned from my airline if I am entitled to be paid for the vacation and sick time I have accrued to the date of resignation?

Depends on the contract the pilot group has. With mine, as long as you give 2 weeks notice 100% vacation and sick pay.

With the airline that I work for, if you take your vacation say in March and quit in November, you must pay the money back. You are not entitled to that vacation if you do not work the full year. Sucks!!!

Curious, which pilot group contract pays out sick time?
