Lol. I called in fatigued plenty at NJ, in line with the average. I haven't felt the need to call in even one time at SWA. Although we do have the exact same NJA "industry leading" fatigue language. Lol. Those coming over are going to love it, and there seem to be more and more every day.
It will always be relative. Those that fly one red eye leg, especially if they get JA will be ****ed off and tired. To me that is way different than being tired on day 6 of 8 of flying 4 legs a day. I am sure there are those at NJA that love working hard like that, and the thought of a 1 leg transcon to a 19 hour layover sounds terrible and fatiguing.

I admit that I miss nice, clean, comfortable FBO pilot lounges with clean bathrooms, cookies, popcorn. Crew cars to get to nice places for lunch. I don't miss that stuff enough to go back to flying corporate, but I definitely recognize how much nicer all of that stuff was than airline terminals and crew lounges.

I eat way better now than I did at NJA when I was mostly wondering if the crew food I ordered for the next day would be edible or not. Stress level wise, NJA is really hard if you care about getting overworked, jerked around, good food, good rest, good layovers. If you just ride the wave, never check your tentative, eat whatever crew food shows up and just go through the motions, it's depressing but way less stressful.

I loved getting crew cars for lunch at NJA but it was almost always with the understanding that you had to rush back because our had another 6 hours of duty to fill. A quiet FBO beats a busy terminal almost every time, that's for sure.

I have no idea how other crew rooms our but our villages (vx crew rooms) are really nice. I never spend time in them though, maybe it's the way our trips are but we don't have lots of several hour sits between legs where we have to go find a crew room.

Typically no need to sit in an airline crew room unless you're a commuter. Then you will get to spend your fair share of time there unfortunately.

The longest layover I saw in my last 5 years at NJ was maybe 26 hours... the average was 12-15. Now I average 26-36 hour layovers, with time to sleep, exercise and relax. And I know my rest schedule weeks in advance by looking at the trip. I didn't know at NJ where I was flying or when I was getting turned off! I personally feel like leaving has added years to my life.

Just looking at the blurb on the on the NetJets airline profile here alone tells me that it's not even remotely close of a decision between the two. SWA all day long. I agree with Zap that it's nice to have a pleasant FBO and crew car to unwind, but I much rather not having to loiter for extended periods of time between flights to begin with. I also prefer to not play the Tetris game of cramming excessive amount of bags in a cargo hold amongst many other pleasantries that involves flying corporate. As a 3rd year FO at SWA (Not including profit sharing or B fund contribution) I'm on pace to make well over 165K averaging 16-18 days off a month and we haven't even hit the heavy summer months yet. I will add that I do feel that corporate flying can be a little more "fun" and "challenging", but I don't regret for a second leaving that world.

100% correct. SW is a career...NJ is just another dead end job, and unless they get a mandatory retirement age, it always will be....getting more dangerous every day.
